dc.description.method | Supplemental Figure Legends and Methods section within main text contain specific methodology for Supplemental Figures. Datasets in Supplemental Tables were generated from proteomics of pancreatic islets isolated from VPS41HET and VPS41KO mice on a C57Bl/6J background. Proteomics data was obtained using a ThermoFisher RSLCnano ultrahigh performance liquid chromatograph and Exploris or Lumos Tribrid mass spectrometer (ThermoFisher) using data-independent acquisition (DIA). Raw MS data were analyzed using quantitative DIA proteomics software DIA-NN (v. 1.8). | en_AU |
