This dataset includes data for 4,625 encounters (from 18 years old) of low back pain to emergency departments, from two local health districts in Sydney and Western New South Wales, Australia. Data includes demographics, emergency department presentation data, medication use and imaging referrals. Patient reported outcome data is available for a sub-sample of 416 participants (pain, function, and satisfaction with care).
