Nebulization being used for inhaled phage therapy can cause phage titer losses which may be the result of mechanical damage to the phages. This study aimed to determine effects of nebulization on the structural stability and bioactivity of a Pseudomonas lytic phage PEV44, which is a myovirus consisting of a hexagonal head and a contractile tail connected by a neck.en
