    • Development of CRISPR-based gene therapy for dominant negative Osteogenesis Imperfecta

      Au-Yeung, Christal Kar-Yan
      Published 2026
Osteogenesis imperfecta (OI) is a genetic bone fragility disorder characterised by low-trauma fractures. Most cases arise from COL1A1/COL1A2 mutations, with a smaller proportion caused by defects in genes involved in ...

    • Investigating Underactuated Swashplateless Uncrewed Aerial Vehicle Designs

      Guan, Haofei
      Published 2026
Vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) micro-uncrewed aerial vehicles (micro-UAVs) are increasingly deployed where compactness, payload constraints, and low-maintenance operation are important. Conventional rotorcraft achieve ...

    • Exploring Real-time Cell Mass Dynamics as a Biomarker: Apoptosis, Necroptosis and Cell Type Recognition

      Ge, Liping
      Published 2024
Cells are the basic units of life, and their growth, function, and regulated cell death are central to health and disease. Most assays rely on labels or endpoints, obscuring the exact transition from life to death and ...
