| dc.description.abstract | Crime Prevention through environmental design (CPTED) involves the manipulation of the built environment to prevent crime and to reduce the fear of crime. CPTED has gained greater prominence in recent years, with the introduction of guidelines to encourage the designing out of crime. However, to date, there has been limited debate or analysis of CPTED practice in NSW. This seminar will seek to partially address this gap and will critically explore CPTED theory and practice. | en |
