This document is an interactive resource for health professions education students and their educators to draw from when designing and implementing a near-peer placement model focusing students on the development of their evaluative judgement. It contains information and activities to ensure senior students are prepared to support junior students' learning in the placement environment. It also introduces students to the concept of evaluative judgement and how to engage in this in their placements. The resource was developed as part of a larger project to explore this placement model and was funded by the Australian Collaborative Education Network (ACEN).en
