This collection (datasets) comprise wheat flag leaf Tcrit (the critical temperature at which incipient damage to photosystem II occurs) of 54 wheat genotypes evaluated in 12 thermal environments in grain growing regions in Australia between 2017-2021. Nine of the 12 environments which showed significant genetic effects and high broad-sense heritability were used to quantify genotype-by-environment interactions for Tcrit.en
