    • Significant cell uptake of Gd(III)-diphenylphosphoryl-diphenylphosphonium complexes: evidence for a new conformationally-dependent tumour cell targeting vector

Hall, Andrew J.; Robertson, Amy G.; Baker, Robert W.; Hill, Leila R.; Rendina, Louis M.
      Published 2023
The synthesis, characterisation, and tumour cell uptake of six novel Gd(III)-diphenylphosphoryl-diphenylphosphonium complexes are reported. The propyl-linked Gd(III) complexes can accumulate inside human glioma cells at ...

    • Selective delivery of remarkably high levels of gadolinium to tumour cells using an arsonium salt

Windsor, Madeline S. A.; Busse, Madleen; Morrison, Daniel E.; Baker, Robert W.; Hill, Leila R.; Rendina, Louis M.
      Published 2021
The use of a triphenylarsonium vector for tumour cell-targeting leads to a dramatic increase in Gd3+ uptake in human glioblastoma multiforme cells by up to an order of magnitude over the isosteric triarylphosphonium analogue, ...

    • Optimization of Vancomycin Therapy in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

      Alrahahleh, Dua'A Natheir Mohammad
      Published 2025
Vancomycin is the first-line treatment for staphylococcal infections in neonates, yet safe and effective dosing remains difficult because of limited clinical data and major developmental differences in pharmacokinetics ...

    • Toward Scalable and Generalisable Garment Simulation with Graph Neural Networks

      Liu, Aoran
      Published 2025
Realistic garment simulation is essential for applications such as film production, video games and fashion design. While physics-based methods remain dominant for their accuracy and generality, they rely on costly numerical ...

    • Advancing understanding of prognosis in sarcoma through quantitative proteomic analysis

      Connolly, Elizabeth
      Published 2025
Sarcoma is a rare and heterogeneous group of malignancies, often associated with poor prognosis. Advances in quantitative mass spectrometry-based technologies now enable cancer proteomes to be studied on an unprecedented ...
