dc.description.abstractThe HOME FAST is a tool designed to identify older people at risk of falling because of hazards within their home environment. The tool consists of 25 items, and a higher score indicates a higher risk of falling. The following references provide evidence of the psychometric properties if the HOME FAST: 1.
