A theatre of anatomy should allow the audience to consider their own body when watching the dissection of another. This scheme imposes the individual with the decision as to where and how their body moves through the theatre. The seating arrangements change from wide, exposed spaces to intense claustrophobic stalls - providing opportunity for the individual to take control of their experience. The ultimate intent is to encourage the audience to grasp an understanding of their own dimensions, and as a result, determine their level of “personal space”.A theatre of anatomy should allow the audience to consider their own body when watching the dissection of another.
