dc.description.abstract	The building is located in Paris, France in the lucrative and upscale, 1st Arrondissiment. Due to the sites proximity to restaurants, 5 star hotels, etc, it was decided that the the design would be a Culinary School specialising in Fine Cuisine. The design follows the general lines and principals of the Haussmann facade but instead unses modern day materials which offers an interesting accent to the edge of the Place Vendome.	en
