Below the rooftop cinema placed a restaurant, and markets, both of which accompany the cinema. With the freedom of no buildings to the west I chose to build out over the water. This resulted in a pier that reflected the shape of the building. On the end of the pier there is a 3 storey cylinder containing small snack counter, offices, and on the top floor a place for the harbour master. Another function of the pier is a dock for boats that are part of the tour company that resides in the cylinder on the pier. The circulation is divided into a central staircase, and an elevator in the back corner. The curved frame supporting the ceiling is representative of the boats around the pier.
