The view would generate a better experience in the function, especially if it is a wedding. The bride and groom would feel really important and perhaps imagine them self as a prince and a princess. The library, bar, restaurant and pool spa area are open up to the public. It is a great place to hang out with friends, stop for a drink or have a romantic time with your companion.
