The Dubrovnik Maritime Museum sits on a site between its town square and Madrid, inviting visitors to explore the city's rich naval heritage. Exhibits date back from the 14th century, ranging from artefacts and ship replicas to charts and rare books. Located beside the wall fortifications that encompass the city, the museum also serves as a lookout. Constructed and clad entirely in timber, its materiality references that of Dubrovnik's merchant ships. The Dubrovnik Maritime Museum sits on a site between its town square and Madrid, inviting visitors to explore the city's rich naval heritage.
