This project is a three floors commercial and residential building proposed in Asakusa, Tokyo, Japan. To answer the need of public space in Tokyo which has high density of population and limited land space, I design the ground floor to serve two functions--meeting area and retailing. The ground floor is completely opened up with temporary retail shops selling Japanese souvenirs. The first and second floors are residential area which have different sizes apartments, public lobby, public bath room, public laundry and relatively private roof garden. This presentation contains the overall site plan demonstrating the location of project, photos of the building, aerial plan, floor plans, elevation of lateral building, long section and axonometric with floor circulations, details diagrams.en
