The arrangements for financing the NDIS are complex and have not been brought together in the 2015-16 Commonwealth Budget papers (1) or those of earlier years. This Bulletin collects and connects available information on the Commonwealth Government’s NDIS financing arrangements up to and including the 2015-16 Budget, and the September 2015 Bilateral Agreements between the Commonwealth and NSW and Victoria. It builds on and updates information contained in an earlier paper (2).
