The volume was once in the collections of the Librarian of the Chetham School, Manchester, J.H. Hindley (d. 1827), of John Lee (d. 1866), and Sir Charles Nicholson, Bart.
Description:    [161] leaves, bound : manuscript ; 215 x 145 mm.  Note:    Script is littera humanistica cursiva.  Binding:    calf over boards, covers with panel of stylized florets in blind, spine with title in gilt and top half removed.  Sinclair 120.
