The CAIGE website contains historical datasets for bread wheat (BW), durum wheat (DW) and barley yield data (t/ha) and some diseases across three main grain growing regions in Australia (southern, northern, eastern Australia). In the website there are tabs for each crop that contain subtabs for Yield Trials Australia and Disease screening where relevant datasets (raw data plus results) for each crop and per year can be found. Datasets are classified as public or private. Public datasets are open source while data provided by commercial breeding organizations is password protected and accessible only to CAIGE project partners in the CAIGE website. Yield Trials Australia contains datasets with yield information (t/ha) from 2019 - 2021 in 12 locations in Australia mainly . Some datasets have additional information such as days to heading, plant height, maturity date/Maturity Zadok, shattering 0-5, frost damage, establishment score, bird damage. Multi-environment yield testing was conducted across three grain growing regions of Australia (western, southern and northern regions) through in kind (trials managed by commercial partners) and project funded experiments. The trials were statistically designed and analyzed by the Centre for Biometry and Bioinformatics (CBB). Trials comprised at least 7 bread wheat sites of at least 240 lines; at least 4 durum wheat trials of 150 lines and at least 3 barley trials with a minimum of 250 lines (however, selected barley materials of at least 100 lines were tested in a second year at a larger number of sites). Disease screening data was captured concurrently on all material. Datasets for the following Bread Wheat diseases for years 2020 and/or 2021 are as follows: * Crown rot (2020 - SARDI-SA) Unit of measurement: Resistance to crown rot measured by the degree of extension of stem browning from the basal node of infected tiller.
