Abstract: This report presents the results of a study which mapped food availability in three small rural towns in New South Wales on the topic of Food Fairness in disadvantaged towns. This small study designed and tested simple, specifically-designed tools for assessing food availability, and has generated tools and protocols that can be disseminated and used in other locations, as well as information for the three study towns.
