Abstract: corner site is created through the merging of a city grid plan with a traditional city form facilitation of the new streets/lanes results in the removal of the existing facades/buildings on the site demolition exposes gable walls of existing neighbouring buildings proposed building retains gable walls ‘as-revealed’ incorporating them into fabric of new building new facades reinterpret traditional rigor of rectangular internal views from upper floor parisian facades both in dimension and orientation
